Hexidek is a unique patented decking product developed by Ecquality. There are also ways to make it. One method is to click the base together on the surface to be covered and then to attach the small wooden tiles. That is all there is to it. The designs you can make are limited only by your imagination. The other way is to purchase the tiles ready made by the case, which is quick and easy, but limits your designs to simple (but effective) repeating patterns. Below is an example using simple pre-made tiles where a second design is used as a highlight.
There are many repeating patterns possible with Hexidek and many effective combinations of patterns. A single base colour with a few patterned tiles as highlights is often more effective than a solid block of patterned tiles, but it is all up to you. Hexidek is extremely flexible. If you want to make your own pattern, you can lay down the PE base first and then click the individual wooden tiles to the base.
